# Government approves one more allowance: 7th Pay Commission
કેન્દ્ર સરકાર આ સપ્તાહે કેન્દ્રીય કર્મચારીઓને બીજી ભેટ આપવા જઈ રહી છે. હકીકતમાં, સરકારે કોરોના સંકટ વચ્ચે કર્મચારીઓને અસ્થાયી રૂપે દોઢ વર્ષથી અટકાવાયેલા મોંઘવારી ભથ્થા(Dearness allowance)ની બાકી રકમ આપી નથી.
સપ્ટેમ્બર 2021 દરમિયાન કેન્દ્રીય કર્મચારીઓને થોડી રાહત મળવાની આશા છે. સરકારી કર્મચારીઓ સપ્ટેમ્બર મહિનામાં ડબલ બોનસ મેળવી શકે છે. સરકારે લાખો કર્મચારીઓના DA ને 28 ટકા સુધી વધારી દીધૂ છે .હાઉસ રેન્ટ એલાઉન્સ (HRA) માં પણ વધારો કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.
કેન્દ્રીય કર્મચારીઓના માસિક પગારમાં 1980 રૂપિયાનો વધારો થયો
સેન્ટ્રલ કર્મચારીઓને શહેરની કેટેગરી પ્રમાણે 27 ટકા, 18 ટકા અને 9 ટકા HRA આપવામાં આવશે . 1 જુલાઈ, 2021 થી DA સાથે આ વધારો પણ લાગુ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. HRAની શ્રેણી X, Y અને Z વર્ગના શહેરો અનુસાર છે. જો તમે સરળ શબ્દોમાં સમજો તો X કેટેગરીના કેન્દ્રીય કર્મચારીઓને હવે 5400 રૂપિયાથી વધુ HRA મળશે.
સાતમા પગાર પંચ મુજબ, કેન્દ્ર સરકારના કર્મચારીઓનો લઘુત્તમ મૂળ પગાર રૂપિયા 18,000 છે.
ખાનગી ક્ષેત્રના કર્મચારીઓનો મૂળ પગાર 15000 રૂપિયાથી શરૂ થાય છે. કેન્દ્ર સરકારના કર્મચારીઓને જૂન 2021 સુધી 17 ટકાના દરે 18,000 રૂપિયાના મૂળ પગાર પર 3060 રૂપિયા મોંઘવારી ભથ્થું મળતું હતું.

The central government is going to give another gift to central employees this week. Infact, the government has not given the employees the balance of the temporary dearness allowance (Dearness allowance) that has been temporarily withheldfor one and a half years amid the coronacrisis.
Central employees are expected to get some relief during September 2021. Government employees can get double bonus in the month of September. The government has increased the DA of lakhs of employees to 28 per cent. House Rent Allowance (HRA) has also been increased.
Monthly salary of central employees increased by Rs 1980
Central employees will be given 27%, 18% and 9% HRA by city category. The increase has also been implemented with DA with effect from July 1, 2021. The HRArange is according to cities of X, Y and Z categories. If you understand in simple terms, central employees of X category will now get more than Rs. 5400 HRA. According to the 7th PayCommission, the minimum basic salary of central government employees is Rs. 18,000.
The basic salary of private sector employees starts at Rs 15000. Central Government employees were getting Dearness Allowance of Rs 3060 at the basic salary of Rs 18,000 at the rate of 17 per cent till June 2021.
